What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please complete your new patient forms online several days before you come. This helps us give you a more accurate picture of your benefits. When you come you will just need your Picture ID, Insurance card if using insurance, and a list of any medications you are taking.
Does your office offer laser dentistry?
Yes. We proudly offer advanced Solea laser dentistry for many procedures, providing a more comfortable experience with reduced need for needles, drills, and lengthy recovery times.
